How does LED light therapy work?

LED light therapy (photobiomodulation) uses specific wavelengths of light to trigger responses in the skin. Red light at 633nm — the most-studied wavelength for collagen support — was first explored by NASA for tissue repair. Read the full science in our guide: How red light therapy works.

When will I see results?

Most users notice changes in 3–4 weeks of consistent use. Results are cumulative — see the week-by-week breakdown in your 30-day results timeline.

How often should I use it?

10 minutes a day, 3–5 times per week. The mask switches off automatically when your session is done.

Which mode should I use?

Red 633nm — fine lines & firmness. Blue 460nm — breakouts & blemishes. Near-infrared 850nm — deep skin renewal. Purple — balanced, even glow. You can rotate modes on different days.

Is it safe? Does it work on all skin tones?

The mask is CE certified and clinically tested across all skin types and tones, including deeper Fitzpatrick types. LED therapy is non-UV and non-invasive. Protective eye goggles are included — keep your eyes closed or covered during sessions. If you are pregnant, have a photosensitive condition, or take medication that increases light sensitivity, consult your doctor before use.

Is the mask cordless?

Yes — it charges via the included USB cable and runs cordless, so you can wear it anywhere in the house.

How do I clean it?
