Refund policy

We offer 14-day hassle-free returns on every order. If SkinMirae isn't for you, you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return — no questions asked.

How to start a return

Email us at info@skinmirae.com with your order number. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return conditions

Please return the item in its original packaging with all included accessories (USB charging cable, protective eye goggles, head straps and user manual). If your order included the free Lymphatic Sculpting Face Brush, please return it together with the mask.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will make it right with a free replacement or a full refund.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Tabby purchases are refunded through Tabby, and Cash on Delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer. Please note it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, contact us at info@skinmirae.com.
